Suffering And Your Imagination

“We suffer more in imagination than in reality.’

-Seneca

If you can accept that most of your suffering lives within your mind, then you can begin to work to erase that suffering by choosing how you respond to the experiences in your life.

If you can begin to erase the suffering that is keeping you from living your authentic life, then you can begin to pursue a life that is uniquely meant for you.

If you can live your authentic life, then you will find your Self happier, regretting less, and bringing the best version of your Self to the world, which is the greatest gift you can give.

Your imagination might be keeping you from living your authentic life—thankfully, you can take back control over your mind if you’re willing to work on it and align your spirit, mind, body, and money to stop suffering and start living authentically.

See you tomorrow and keep pursuing,

JC
