LifeDesign+ is precisely what the name implies: a journey and ongoing partnership to help you uncover, shape, and pursue the life you’re truly meant to lead. Many of us have spent years following a path set by others, only to realize that something is missing or not right. Now, it’s time to connect with the life only you can live—your authentic life that’s uniquely yours.
LifeDesign+ is rooted in the Kinder Institute of Life Planning’s EVOKE process, which is a five-step process to help discover what your authentic life looks like and begin to design a plan to bring that life to reality. It continues to incorporate the alignment of your spirit, mind, body, and money to ensure you evolve with your authentic life, as the authentic life is not a destination, it’s an evolution.
Once your plan has been designed, the appropriate partners have been identified and coordinated with, and things have been set into motion, LifeDesign+ transforms into an ongoing coaching relationship with weekly meetings, ongoing support, and exercises to make sure you maintain your alignment of spirit, mind, body, and money and don’t fall back into the life you left behind.
Exploration
Have you given your Self permission to dream about what your life would look like if you could design it? You can’t design your authentic life if you’ve never reflected on what you really enjoy in life and what is missing.
Vision
Science support that your brain cannot distinguish between strong visualization and real life. Create a vision of your authentic life, and it can become reality.
Obstacles
Inevitably, there will be obstacles that stand in the way of where you are today and where you are heading in your authentic life. By simply identifying the obstacles, working through four simple questions, and taking action you can overcome any obstacle you encounter.
