Your Authentic Life Exists

Your authentic life exists. 
It is already in the Universe and is just waiting for you to find it. 

You are not responsible for creating it. 
You are responsible for getting your Self to the right state of being to discover it.

Your Pursuit is not about looking externally in the world to find your authentic life.
Your Pursuit is about looking internally to find your authentic Self.

If you can’t get past the external distractions of the world, meditation, journaling, exercise, and doing less have all been helpful for me on my Pursuit. 

Following my passions, listening to my heart, trusting my intuition, and allowing people to come into my life and others to drift away have also been helpful on my Pursuit.

What works for me, may not work for you…but it could be a start.

Allowing your authentic life to reveal itself to you is hard work…but it isn’t. 
The hard work is the internal work to align your spirit, mind, and body.
Once you begin to find that alignment though…the work becomes easier as things seem to fall into place, make more sense, and the path to your authentic life becomes clearer.

Your authentic life exists.
It is already in the Universe and is just waiting for you to find it.

Stop trying so hard to find it externally.
Start trying to find your Self internally.

And the rest will take care of itself.
