Disney put it right in front of us…

Disney’s catalog of movies is unmatched by any other studio; of all the Disney movies, I think Soul is my favorite.

It came out right as I was aligning my spirit, mind, and body—although, I didn’t fully appreciate the movie at that time. I knew I liked it, the music was great, and there was something about the idea of finding our “spark” that really resonated with me. The more reading I did about spirituality, our souls, and the afterlife, the more I realized how much the movie is actually showing us.

I highly recommend you check it out—I think I’ll watch it this evening with the fam!
