Full Effort Is Full Victory

If you shift your focus from the end result to the effort and energy you put towards reaching the end result, your Pursuit will become more enjoyable. The end result, or the attainment as Gandhi refers to it, is out of your control—but your effort is fully in your control.

Experience, both my own and observations, has taught me that oftentimes, full effort is rewarded with the result that is being pursued, although sometimes it does not manifest exactly as we envisioned. 

So, focus on your effort.
Enjoy the Pursuit and learn along the way.
Be satisfied knowing that you gave full effort and the end result is what it is.

Think back on your own experiences—the times you pursued something with full effort…how did you feel and what was the result? 

Now contrast that with the time you pursued something with half effort.
