Without The Body There Is No Alignment

Connecting to your spiritual Self and practicing mindfulness alone will not lead you to your authentic life—it might get you close, but without including your body in the equation, you will fall short.
Your connection to spirit and mind will not be as strong as it will be with the alignment of all three. The spirit, mind, and body are interconnected, and they each help the others operate at full strength.
If your spirit is broken, your body will not feel strong regardless of how often you work out.
If your body is ailing, your mind will not be able to operate from a state of higher frequency.
If your mind is negative, your spiritual Self will not be able to fully connect with your physical Self.
The alignment of spirit, mind, and body is incomplete if all three are not accounted for in your daily life—how you incorporate each is up to what is authentic to you.
