See It When You Believe It

The old adage, “I’ll believe it when I see it” is backward.

When you muttered those words in the past did you actually see whatever it was you were looking for to believe in? More than likely, “it” never revealed itself to you–it needed you to believe before it could be seen.

Next time you find yourself in a scenario where you are “seeing and believing”, shift your thinking to “I’ll see it when I believe it”. Especially when you are thinking about yourself or your authentic life.

As Bob Proctor once said, “if you don’t believe, you’re not ready”.

In order to become a different version of your Self, you first have to believe it is possible before it can become reality.

Belief becomes a verb, not a noun when you are pursuing a new version of YOU. And I’m not talking about a fake belief. Saying you believe is not the same as feeling your belief.

You have to see that version of your Self when you look in the mirror. You have to feel the way that version of your Self feels. You have to do the things that version of your Self is doing. You have to embody your future Self even though you are not there yet–you have to believe before you can see.

To believe it to become…and once you become you (and others) will see.

See you tomorrow and keep pursuing,

JC
