authenticity and spirituality

“Many people think that being spiritual means being positive, but being spiritual means being conscious and aware. To become conscious is a much different thing than to become positive. To become conscious and aware, we must become authentic. Authenticity includes both positive and negative.”

- Teal Swan

This morning, I did something I rarely do–hop on social media shortly after waking up. I’m glad I did, and not surprised I was called to do so because I came across this quote.

Until now, I have not tried to connect authenticity to spirituality despite regularly talking about the alignment of spirit, mind, body, and money and “authenticity.” This morning, the Universe gave me a new line of thinking and a way to connect important themes as I continue to pursue learning more about the “authentic life.” I haven't processed the quote yet, but I know it will help me as I continue to connect the dots in my thoughts and messaging.

It would have been easy to miss this clue.

Makes me wonder if I’ve been missing other ones.

PS- Happy Father’s Day to all of the dads out there today!!

See you tomorrow and keep pursuing,

JC
