I listened to Brianna on Rick Rubin’s podcast and really enjoyed her conversation, her story, and how she approaches her writing. This sent me to the couple of books of hers that I own to see if anything jumped out at me.

There were many quotes I could have chosen, and there’s a good chance they’ll show up in future notes, but this is the one that stood out to me the most, especially coming off a week where I gave a talk called “authentic life”, which when boiled down is no longer accepting a life you are unhappy with.
