regrets

Periodically, I like to recall Bronnie Ware’s work and the five regrets of the dying:

1. I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
2. I wish I hadn’t worked so hard.
3. I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.
4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.

If you found your Self at the end of your life today, what regrets would you have?

What can you do today to eliminate those regrets?

How will you do that?

When will you do it?

Who do you need to help you make those changes?

See you tomorrow and keep pursuing,

JC
