it’s your Pursuit

There’s no shortage of people, especially on social media, claiming to know what is best for YOU. Some of these individuals genuinely want to help you, and others are just out to make a quick buck by speaking to most people’s desires to improve their lives.

I don’t know if I’m more sensitive to this type of information since I am technically one of those individuals sharing my story and beliefs in hopes of helping others (maybe you) live better lives by finding their authentic lives, but I can’t escape the content that claims to know what is right for everyone; it’s getting to the point where I want to spend less time on social media because I can feel it lowering my energy because of the frustrations and annoyance I experience.

Today’s note is just a friendly reminder that no one, not even me, knows what is right for YOU.

There is no Universal way to improve your life, find your purpose, increase your income, or live your authentic life. No matter how convincing the individual is, their “way” is merely a starting point for you to find your unique Pursuit. We all have different life experiences, values, mindsets we’re starting from, trauma, and Agreements, if I can steal from this week’s LifeDesign+ podcast.

Finding your authentic life, increasing your happiness, finding your purpose, and any other goal you are pursuing will take work on your part—work on and in your Self. Feel free to use the suggestions from others that resonate and align with you as a starting point and blend them to find your unique Pursuit.

And remember, If you are following someone else’s game plan you are probably pursuing their life, not yours.

See you tomorrow and keep pursuing,

JC
