look into your heart

The more I read, listen, and reflect on my Pursuit, the clearer it has become that the answers to life’s big questions—your life’s big questions—reside within.

Sure, informational answers like facts, definitions, and stats exist outside of you, but those answers really aren’t that important as you pursue your authentic life.

The important answers to questions like “am I truly happy”, “what’s my purpose?”, “who was I created to be?”, or “how do I best serve others?” are all found within and as Jung suggests, your heart is your guide to finding those answers.

If only it were as easy as looking at your Self in the mirror and asking your heart to tell you the answers. I have found the more aligned my spirit, mind, and body are, the easier it is for me to receive the answers and guidance from my heart, which I’ve written and spoken about I believe is our direct connection to our Higher Power.

As you continue to pursue your authentic life, spend less time looking outside and more time looking inward to find the answers you are looking for.
