Understanding your worth doesn’t necessarily mean charging as much as possible for your service, although it might. Instead, it means knowing the value you bring to the world (or your clients) and never compromising your worth to get or keep a client, win a deal, or progress up the corporate ladder.

Your worth can equate to dollars via the value you provide, but it also incorporates your personal values–most of the time, you compromise your worth because you’ve compromised your personal values.

And when you compromise your personal values, you almost always settle for fewer dollars than you are worth.

Know who YOU are.
Know your value.
Know your personal values.
Know your worth.
Never compromise.
