As you seek to align your spirit, mind, and body listen to what feels right for you. The authentic life on the other side of your alignment only exists for you, which means no one else can tell you what it looks like or how you are supposed to get there. At best, someone can help guide you toward finding your own truths.
You don’t have to stop looking to others as you pursue your authentic life, but don’t mistakenly believe they will have any answers for you—this includes all of my writing, recordings, and videos.
