your body’s presence

“It’s not about the number of hours you practice, it’s about the number of hours your mind is present during the practice”

- Kobe Bryant

Your practice doesn't have to be basketball like Kobe.

Whatever you are doing, make sure you aren’t just going through the motions to make it appear as if you are doing the work necessary to achieve your goals.

And take notice that Kobe specifically highlighted the importance of your MIND in your practice—it’s more important than your physical output.

I don’t have proof, but I think if your mind is present in your practice, the physical output will take care of itself.

You can’t have good physical output without your mind present during practice.

You can’t not have good physical output with your mind present during practice.

See you tomorrow and keep pursuing,

JC
